Cartegena is a port city, on the Caribbean Sea and qualifies for "Caribbean" as well as South America categorizations.

At least for some of us.

The really exciting part of these particular chips was that I got them myself. The tables games were closed, armed militia patroled the shopping mall and at the time, the US State Department warnings to US tourists was to basically, stay on your ship!
