Wish I had those Derby/Cinco-de-Mayo chips from seven or eight years ago handy. Here we are again. One side of chip commemorated Derby and other side Cinco for years like this year (another 2012 alignment??? LOL). Was a pretty good chip. Maybe someone will post scans. I have plenty of them in storage and just thought about it.
