I know, I know....you're both probably right but I'm still tempted to rip it apart
I have seen other chips with the problem that David has described and it seems that most of the inlays will lay flat on one side and stick up on the other when they aren't aligned properly. What was different about this one is that it seems that all sides all the way around are equally raised. Not a single tooth is laying flat.
So who wants to buy a Harveys chip with one inlay that seems unnatural and glued on by an amature? Anyone? Bueller?
