OK, so the following is the front and back scan of a Harveys chip that I just received. What has me a little confused is the second scan. The inlay seems to be unnatural. It sticks up above the chip considerably as if there is another inlay underneith. It also has some signs of glue around the edges. It isn't right. On the first scan, the inlay lays down nicely and is obviously original.
So my question is this.....Is it possible that this is the error chip N8565.E with a $2.50 on the reverse. Did the casino ever try to correct these errors by gluing another inlay over the top?
Do I take the risk of ripping it off to see what's underneath? If it is the error inlay, the value goes up considerably.
Thanks for help
