~~~ understand about some of the "late payers (non-payers)" is the excuse about they are either too busy or forgot to follow thru -- but they're NOT as busy when it comes to searching eBay all day long, place bids; respond to proposals on the board or write e-mails asking to buy off a published list (or make requests)..???
