I sell small items on EBAY.....and I am very quick to send an invoice which is usually paid in one day...some wait for several days, to those I send a reminder invoice ...then, if no payment, I use EBAY's "pay or you die" letter...always works......I know Chuck is not talking about EBAY, so his situation may be different.....You have to know your good customers and DON'T piss them off....there are always ways for THEM to find a new "picker"......Go USC.....
