Half of the club members are retired, and have a lot of spare time, We are on the board and e-bay often and 99% of us go to post office 2-4 times a week, and always send and pay quickly. Because we have the time and like to complete the sale quickly. Then other members who work, have families, thus have very limited extra time. They are so busy, that paying right away sometines get delayed, due to other priorities. It's one thing to pay late 4-8 days, but very different not paying ever. (buyers remorse, ect). I pay the day sold, because I forget often these days, and want to complete the deal quickly. I often send to members I know before paying But I always e-mail saying, I'm sending the chip, and your paument, will pass in the mail, or Pay Pal wil be made before chip arrives. Now if anyone stiffs me, I'll never sell to them again. But, I don't punish the good members who I have a good relationship. by not sending chip when purchased Many ligit reasons to pay a little late, waiting till pay day, illness, vacation ect., but these situtions requires a e-mail with explaination.
