In that situation,the player with the up card would have the option
to be treated as an all-in player.Meaning he could still bet normal or
he could say he was all-in after 6th card and not have to put more money in the pot.
There would then be a side pot with any money put in on 7th card between the
other 2 players in the hand.
If the 1st players card was turned up,then all other players cards would also be up and betting would continue as normal.
