Re: ChipGuide Submission Replacement Policy

Lets remember that we are encouraging chip collectors to look at the Chip Guide, then check their collections to
see if they have a better conditioned chip. It is our desire to always strive for the better looking scans to represent
a chip, token, players card etc.

If a collection finds that he/her has a better looking item, then he/she has to take the time to scan and submit
the item for review by the administrator. If it is an improvement, the updated item is accepted and I believe that
the submitor should receive credit for that submission.

I have updated numerous CA chips that I have submitted with submissions by other CA collectors. A better scan
or a better conditioned chip deserved the place in the Chip Guide.

The end goal is to continually improve the quality of the scans in the Chip Guide.
