Yes, you are. Once someone buys something it is their's to do with as they please. Why should someone be upset that what they sold someone is being resold? If you do not want something you sell resold then the only way you can prevent that from ever happening is not to sell it at all!

Just about any dealer you see on The Chip Board has bought chips listed here at a good price at one time or another to resell, myself included.
