but there are still some conditions to be met. For those who have been to Aruba, the Hard Rock has proposed to build its hotel on the site of the old Bushiri. Some people in the low rise area are upset and/or nervous about it, but some are happy to see the eyesore that is the dilapidated Bushiri transformed to something nicer. Next they have to move that storage tank!
