Years ago flying home from Europe to Ca. the plane stopped in Bangor, we had a 1 hr. layover for gas, ect. All passengers went into the small airport, and most purchased 2-4 live Maine Lobsters, they were put in a cardboard box with round air holes. They told us since overhead compartments were full put under our seats. Then an hour after the plane took off women started screaming, 3-4 lobsters escaped and were crawing under the seat, and touching legs. It was so funny, they had a hard time catching, and getting back securly in the boxes. Thats what I remember about Bangor. Wonder if new casino is near the airport?
