Perhaps we should try your "Favorite of the ..." gig here at TheChipBoard.com in order to see if there will be more participation...?
Though I see no problem with meeting your request, I do have a problem where some might feel forced to post at the club message board if they do not feel comfort in doing so, or if they simply feel it's a waste of time and effort since there does not seem to be anywhere as many hits on posts there as there is here.
I could understand both yours and Steve's reasoning, as I also understand why those who do not wish to post there, do not... but since the whole reason in the program is "education," what all does it matter where we educate each other...?
My reasoning (though kind of shot down) for holding the program there was in order to attract casual passers-by to participate; propose trades (as stated in the usage policy) and perhaps give thought to some in considering joining in with us... I have no access to that BBS' log regarding who is reading it, so I have no idea as to how many non-CCGTCC members do visit, but it seems like a lot more do visit here and even make their announcements here when they join our club.
Perhaps just something to think about in future weeks.
Otherwise, I like the program, but would like to see a bit more info within the posts ["education"] than just pictures -- because that thing about "A picture is worth a thousand words" don't mean beans around here when it comes to chips...
(Not bad at 400-yards... w/ 30 m.p.h. winds... No? )
