A heart attack took the life of John Izuka last night. He is survived by his wife Annette, son John,Daughters Roseann & Chrissy. & 2 grand children. Also his brother Robert. John was 55 years old. He suffered from muscular distraphy.
He was pronounced DOA at Jeanes Hospital in Philadelphia around 7 pm. Gathering at hospital was by most of the family. Ann & I are Annettes parents & were joined by Annettes sisters Patricia,& Allana & brother John. Her other brother resides in Florida.
