yes i did ask he to send the broken plaque back as its too hard for me to believe it unless i see it in person.
and i check his feedback, he only left one feedback which is neg. and most other seller like me just simply leave feedback once the item has been sent

so if someone dealt with him before and he didnt look for trouble please let me know. at least i will feel he didnt do it in purpose
