I also have had only one bad transaction. It was on ebay but with a very well known board member and dealer. I didn't get a chip in the condition pictured and paid a premium for a chip in SU condition. When I asked him about it, he was less than accomodating. I won't share his name since I don't want to start a debate and unnecessarily spoil his reputation but I personally will not ever buy anything from him again.

As a collector and new dealer, this taught me a lot. He lost a good customer and I lost a good source for chips all because I felt like I wasn't treated fairly. In the end, I did get a full refund but my ethics were questioned which still upsets me today.
