Fitzgeralds in Tunica has a tournament like that which I hate. It is only $20 to buy in but they go by total chips at the end of your play and so everyone rebuys numerous times. I like the Club tournament format where they take 2 players from each table in the first round to advance. What our tournament means is that the best player wins, not the guy who rebuys the most. At least you know right away if you will advance to the next round.
