The Casbah was a restaurant located at 602 York Street that operated as early as 1946, gone by 1952 when it was listed as the Embasy Sandwich Shop,

Trimble and Klein spent many hours there, but time has eroded their brains so they don't remember!

I'd bet, but can't verify that the Casbah would accept a horse bet if asked.
