Re: A question for the Chip Rack authors

Email me the scans. Depending on what they are though they might not get added.
On LCV/SCV variations, we are only listing them for chips before 2000, because recent ones will exist in all combinations as a factor of the manufacturing process, whereas on older ones it only occurred as a result of a new order.
For cancelled chips - generally we only list them if they are particularly collectible by virtue of being much cheaper than the uncancelled, or if they dont exist uncancelled etc. We dont list cancelled chips with manufacturers logos on the back as these are merely salesmans samples. In general. most cancelled chips listed fall into two categories.

1. Notched examples that would have been made prior to the orders being delivered, for which the real chips may or may not be available and where they are available, the face value determines that people would buy the notched instead if they could.

2. Cancelled by or for the casino after they had been made obsolete.

Most other variations do not reflect chips that were actually issued.

Obviously we are interested in seeing anything that is not listed as we may not have picked it up ourselves.
