First off, great first name!
This chips are definately not 'vintage' for the following reasons...
1. The "mold" design (the embossed pattern around the edge) which in this case is "CASINO" is of recent origin (past 5 years or so).
2. These chips are plastic, injection molded, as evidenced by the little round dot just to the right of and beloww the letter "B" in the scan on the left.
For those two reasons alone, these are not 'vintage' chips.
As far as collectibility, all chips are collectible, but not by all chip collectors. The chips you are showing have all the earmarks of being from a home poker set, wherein a buyer went on-line and ordered blank chips, customized with his or her initials on each chip.
There are a few collectors that have an interest in such chips, and unless the chips have a connection to someone of fame (or infamy) or a similiar connection, then chances are their value will not be any greater than the approximate $1 it cost to make them. (That is a retail cost. In actuallity, the chip probably cost about 5 cents to make.)
Sorry that this was not good news for you.
Jim
