Jason, Its hard to tell from your scans but I believe both of those are SCV....when I got the chips at Mt Airy I had just started collecting and I almost went crazy trying to find the various versions

I just pulled out my variations and took a close up picture

All of the chips I have were pulled on the first test day at Mt Airy, I have all three versions for the $1 and $5 but I do not have a LCV/LCV for the $2.50, not sure if it exists or not, Ive never found one
