I can e-mail you the template file if you'd like, then you can import it for use. Only concern I have is that I'm using Bento 3 and I'm assuming you got Bento 4. If you want me to send you the template and give it a try, shoot me an e-mail and I'll be happy to send it tomorrow after work. If we try and it doesn't work because we have different versions of Bento, I was planning on updating it anyway so I can use it on my iPad but I'd have to do that next weekend.
