Hasn't happened like that no, but I have received a package of just under 20 chips that were all in their pockets in a 20 pocket page with the mailer ruber-banded to the outside of the chips! It seems that the mailer (wasn't a bubble mailer, just plain mailer :-/ ) had split in transit and a postal worker in either this counry or he county of oigin thought that ather than slip he contents back in and tape it up, they would ruber band the mailer to the outside of the parcel!! I almost died when I pulled it out of my letter box and checked the trade details & found that every single chips was present and accounted for!
