According to Dale Seymour's book, part of a set belonging to Herbert Hoover. While this is the only chip I've ever seen from that set, I'm sure there are plenty more out there. I need the red and the black if anyone has them available .

On the subject of Presidential poker chips, here are a few more: the first and third chips are from Truman's set; the second and fourth chips are from Eisenhower's set. I need both blue chips, the red from Truman and the yellow from Ike to complete those sets as well.
