Sorry for my poor etiquette. I had only started collecting casino chips a week prior to this trip, so I really had no idea if I had stumbled onto something valuable or a load of garbage and as I was only in Paris for a few days, I was hoping for some quick insight. I spamed those who had listed jetons in their interests in hope that someone would respond (which they did).

I would never ask for payment upfront. I would have fronted the $$ if I thought it was worthwhile. I ended up not buying any more of this lot, but did pick up a few more from David Spragg's jeton & plaque sale.

I also apologize for not checking this thread much after the initial post. Once I did get a response, I had to finish the work I was there to do, travel, etc.

Anyhow, I'm still new to jeton collecting and have lots of questions, in case anyone is inclined to help.
