Can individuals own copies of the NEVADA State Gaming Control Board "List of Excluded Persons"? I've seen one for sale in the past and thought it would be a neat item to own but I didn't know if it was legal to own a copy of them.

I would guess older ones would not be of value to the casino or NSGC but better to be safe to ask than go out and buy one .

You can now go online a see the online version of the guides.....which is very interesting to see what some of these people are banned for (and some have been made famous from television shows that have made these guys into “celebrities")
