Hopefully, one of you chip nuts is also a gun nut. I purchased this black powder pistola out of a Pioche, Nevada antique shop about 20-25 years ago. The gentleman that sold me the gun told me if came out of Pioche mine. After bringing the gun home I showed it to a friend of my brothers who said the gun was made in Bulgaria around 1855. I have no idea if he knew what he was talking about. I had the gun mounted and framed as you can see.
Anyway, I'm thinking about selling the gun and frame but would like to find out more about it. Can anyone tell me anything about this pistol, where on the internet I might find out about this item, estimated value, etc. Please e-mail me with any info you might have.
