I almost certain that they have 2.50 since they have blackjack tables. You are absolutely right on the CAF Franc - local currency with the current exchange rate 465=US $. According to my contact in Cameron although he is not certain - he does not gamble and he owns an art galleries in the two hotels - they might be using and just like you said CAF2500 or US$ denominations.
