I recently bought an associate membership for my mother Donna Buth , when registering for the convention
do I use my ccgtc number with an A after it for Donna Buth? we will be attending the banquet and she would
like to take part in the poker tournament and blackjack tournament as well.

I bought the associate membership online was a bit confusing as there was no place to enter her name.
Need to get this cleared up asap so I can mail off a US bank draft for the CCGTC.
