Title 31 and cashouts

If a guest or an agent for the guest cashes out $10,000.01 in a single or cumulative payouts and refuses to provide proper information we will refuse payout. If the guest asks to remove some chips to go under $10,000.01 and the employee says OK, then the employee will be circumventing Title 31 and will most likely be terminated and could face Federal charges.
