I'm good, been very busy since returning to criminal defense practice in 2008 as senior trial counsel for a local law firm. Have handled some serious cases, including several trials including a murder case, major fraud and several cases of child molestation. Also represented the defendant in one of California's largest ever ponzi scheme cases -- more than $30 million loss over 30 years.
