Very interesting, thank you. One question though - on the assumption that a casino makes money from gaming, if you have more guests playing, doesn't that mean that you would have more cash available (accepting that it may be in the drop boxes and not with the cashiers), so why would you need to order in more cash? Is it just a timing issue (player's cash being in the drop boxes and you can't get to it quick enough if you need to pay out a large amount)? And also, is there a limit on what amount a player can demand winnings in cash?

As I said, just curious.
