White C&S chip......first word on top is 'Wui' meaning send, middle word is 'Ho' meaning peach and bottom word is 'yuen' not sure of exact translation but the 3 words as a whole loosely mean "send money". The 4 plastic chips are most likely from a game set such as Mah Jong
