It was always my understanding that what ever chips were in the casino there had to be an equivalent in cash on hand. Maybe my understanding is wrong. If this is true however then when I remove a chip from a casino does the casino still have to keep that cash on hand. Just one of my random thoughts as I was sitting here bored.
