Following this thread I had to try to translate that phrase in the upper left hand corner. I zoomed and tried to read it as best I could and then ran it through the trusty Goodle translator. I knew David was pulling your leg as my Spanglish isn't that bad.

Any way, best I could do is: La ley castiga al falsificador con doce anos de carcel y un million de numismas de muilta.

Becomes: The law punishes the counterfeiter with twelve years in prison and a million of "numismas of muilta"
The last phrase I'm guessing is "million dollar fine"

This is hilarious and interesting and I think they are great works of art.
