Don't know about Lady Luck, however in Reno at the Cal Neva, believe early-mid 1970's they had a Slot machine where you could win a Silver Dollar. They had stickers on them similar to what you have on the Lady Luck. That was the amount the Cal Neva would pay you if you decided to cash them in, instead of keeping them.
