John the RBP KY Id would have gone away back in 1999 when 1st found except you keep posting it as possible.

No such place existed in KY.
Last time I was in Newport about 6 of us got together at Larry's and had a good laugh about the ID.

I found a bunch of them in Omaha, NB a couple years ago and the antique store owner told me.
