to have the chip in-hand. However, for me, it is not a stretch to think that more inlays were made that the number of chip blanks, and the excess inlays, even a proof example, could still be around in the "Harvey's" folder (or bin) even for 5 years, and then mixed in with the $5 order. A mix-up in artwork could have resulted in sheet(s) of $1 inlays and they could have made their way into the $5 inlay sheets. Etc., etc., etc....
But again, it would be nice to have a hands-on examination of the chip.
In the meantime, I'd bet that many, myself included, would be interested in having this chip.
