I have the Lido in two different addresses. The 3102 Troost location is definately John Murray as it says as much on the back of the matchbook. The second book has an address of 2 West 39th Street. They have the same phone number and both are in the basement of a building, but a current map shows the two address as being 2 miles away so I doubt it is a matter of a street name change. I'm not sure which predate which, but if I had to guess the 39th St one looks older.
