If you are using the Chip Customizer to make your chip labels and you are struggling to get your labels to line up, make sure before you print you go to FILE -> CALIBRATE PRINTER and follow the offset calibration sheet shown.
ALSO make sure that you set your project to .9" labels when you OPEN NEW PROJECT.
