I have always used my bank. Even in the past when I had no balance in Paypal, it was an instant transfer. Now it is not. Something changed and I just recently noticed.... so I don't know how long the change has been, OR if it is something I did unknowingly. There was come controversy on maintaning a balance in Paypal, so I never have.
