For some time now I have been using Paypal and noticed that NOW all my payments are in 'e-check', and it has to clear (usually a day or so). My payments USED TO BE instant. I went to my preferences on Paypal and did not find any way to change it. I use/used Paypal so the payment is instant and the SELLER had no waiting time and was sure the payment was good.

What's up with that?
