I Can Believe it!!!
In Response To: USPS ... can you believe this mad ()

I am willing to bet the postal "worker" saw the color of the envelope and arbitrarily posted it as a First Class Mail Parcel. Too "busy" to measure and/or rethink!

Probably better off to just fold them in paper and then a #10 envelope!
