Thank you Mike,i think from a informational standpoint that the membership would be the best route with the online library and if i forsee a reason to go out and look at foreign chips i could then purchase a guide or other informational guides and maybe there's someone here that is also interested in those types of chips.i have realized in the last few days that it takes alot of time to research a chip/chips.. i did see a 13th edition on ebay for 59.95 new and thought real hard about it but balked.
