Note the chip embedded in the slot card in the scan (which is available on Ebay - any opportunity to try and make a sale ). When you put the card in the machines in Genting casinos, the card records not only your play but also winnings - if you cash out, the credit just goes onto the card. You can use the card in other machines, but when you want to cash out, you go to the cash desk to get your winnings.

Personally I don't like it - I thought TITO was fine, as you at least get something that confirms your winnings. There are also no notices about them when you first play - first time I cashed out, I took my card out of the machine and then hit the button to cash out. Had to get someone over to explain what had happened, what I should have done, and how to get my cash. It also means if you don't have your card with you, you can't play the slots! You have to go and get a temporary card - it just seems to be too difficult to play sometimes, and I certainly have stopped playing with just a few coins which I used to do if waiting to get onto the tables.
