I prefer no "Rarity" or no suggested prices.
Let the market for a chip set the price.

We will never know how many of an issue is out there.
If we have a record for 1,000 made. I assume the entire 1,000 are out there somwhere and only a matter of time till more show up.

Chips are not something the average person throws away. They lay around in basements and attics till someone dies, then they hit the market.
