This example was on the front cover of "Casino World" (a UK publication) many years ago -- when the chip (and plaques) made their International debut to the industry.

The chip was housed in a plastic capsule and glued to the face of the front cover... Quite a surprise when opening the envelope, I should say...

The reverse inlay depicts the Casino World (CW) logo.
