Always wondered about that shot from above the city of Elko. Now I see it's "those shots" as there are a few. One is a more common postcard, but the location and elevation was always interesting. Next time I'm back there, I want to go for a ride and try to take the same shot, maybe one daytime and one of the city at night.

I've been planning a trip West. (yeah for how long now?) Train out, buy a car, drive back. Elko is the destination, unless it's Salt Lake City and I drive to Elko.

Lets see, Sunny and almost 70 here is Wisconsin right now. Unusual heat wave for March. Meanwhile out in the desert?
