I've had this dependable HP color laser printer for several years now. It cost me close to $600 brand new. I have run off virtually all of my Atlantic City and Puerto Rico catalogs on it and have been very pleased with it. First time I've had this perplexing problem. Looks like it may have to go into the shop if I don't accomplish a fix by Monday.
