It is the only place on earth where genuine Kashmir can be found, I simply cannot say enough good things about this little den of a hole in the wall country. Off the beaten path of the world’s sensible tourist, it is located along the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Oman in the south, bordered by India in the east, Afghanistan in the west and north, Iran in the southwest and China in the far northeast, while Tajikistan is separated by the narrow Wakhan Corridor in the north.
